You can mark one or both and the terminal will pick all 5 numbers or the bonus number or both or none.

I play in New Jersey and get quick picks all the time but when i play powerball in PA powerball does allow you all the options (Q6, Q5, Q4, Q3, Q2, Q1) that is you can mark some numbers you like on the slip then mark the quick pick option also (let computer select the remaining) for one play

I'm not sure whether megamillions in Jersey allows you to do this...
