How Come Florida has no Midday draws?

I have no idea why Florida doesn't have a midday draw. It's the largest state without one, and it's something they should have started a long time ago.

I prefer if they have 1 draw a day..I consider 1 draw a day to be easier than 2 draws a day..I think 2 draws a day suck up more money than 1 draw a day and throw you off track when doing game analyzis, so i see it as the better the merrier...I think North or South Carolina has one draw a day too...

anyone ever asked the Florida Lottery why they do not have a midday draw..Florida has to be one of the Richest Staes in the U.S. as far as per capita income..I would think..Looks to me like Florida would jump at the chance to make more money off of the Lottery public..
