I save up a bunch of losing tickets and then use them as name tags for my girlfriends gifts. If she sees a losing ticket on a gift she knows its for her

Depends on the amount.

Might make a good poll: At one point (dollar amount) would someone receiving scrathcers as gifts would rather have just had the cash, since all too often those scratchers given as gifts are losers
