I refer to a method I use as the OLD method. It is listed in my blog...

should be referred to as the Withing four Days method..

The term would be Prize Tiers which refers to the lottery prize levels. It is often used with wheeling where it identifies the prize tier the user is trying to win. The term old method is only meaningful in context. BobP

Can somebody breakdown what the Tiers mean? how do you use it?? Also I was reading about old method what's that? Thanks
