Okay Gifted Child posted the Pirate, but I am not sure if it is 10 or 15 pulls.

The numbers for the Pirate. Note, the Pirate just calculates 2 hots numbers with one cold. For example mid 15 pulls pairs are 54, 57, 52, 50, 47, 42, 40, 72, 70, 20. To get the third digit use one of the cold digits 8,6,9,3, or 1.
