			<description><![CDATA[<p>I am wondering if there is a prog. that I can download that wheels no.&#x27;s for the Pick 3. For example wheeling 6 no.&#x27;s into 20 tickets where ea. no. is used the same no. of times so that if any of the 6 no.&#x27;s that I picked are drawn, I would win (excluding doubles,   triples, of course). I have it worked out on paper (using letters A-F to represent the individual no.&#x27;s), but I am thinking that the comp. could save me a few min. if I had a prog. like that.
