The same goes on a smaller scale.

Play a computer game like Civilization III for hours or days and you never get bored trying achieve stuff.

Play with cheats or god mode and it a lot more fun than playing normally for an hour or two, then it gets very very boring.

As appealing as it sounds to have ultimate power, I suspect that it would corrupt very quickly.

There was a Twilight episode that had most of the sentiments of which I speak.

In a nutshell.....a guy had every whim come true and became deranged. He wanted out! Go figure......? Nevertheless, THE BEST EPISODE...Period.

Power only corrupts when in the wrong hands. It's like a gun. Guns don't kill sheeple, sheeple kill sheeple.

Unfortunately for humans and the rest of the universe, getting rid of all evil will also eliminate all good . One cannot exist without the other.

It'd be pretty boring if everyone was so polite to each other all the time. I think I'd throw up....lol

God would be out of a job if evil didn't exist.

That's somewhat similar to my plan, except that there'd be no reason to create the harem. With ultimate power I'm sure the harem would develop quite nicely all on its own. Lucky for them, ultimate power would mean I could keep each and every one of them just as happy as they'd keep me. Too bad there are only 100 hours in the day.
