WOW!...I remember at an early age, at 4 pm everyday, the tea would come out and she would put a sugar cube in her mouth and take a sip of tea. I have one of those pamphlets from the Stop Shop called  How To Win The Lottery  but I think a lot of the advice GH presents doesn&#x27;t improve your odds other than if you wheel numbers you&#x27;re now playing 10 tickets and your chances went up 10-fold. If I play 10 a drawing vs. 1 I will win 10x as often unless I am using a great system to get the numbers to wheel in the first place. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Systems are fixed and the house eventually wins. The system will do the same thing over and over without modifying it as the numbers change. For the most part.....<br /><br />This is why I like this roulette method, not system, which morphs after each spin or drawing. I&#x27;m currently working on how to implement the success of the method with the p-3. Ran some tests but I would need a program to keep track of the extra applications needed to make it fit for the p-3. Anyhoo......</p>]]></description>
