Not sure if a single or double digit in 'a specific nightly' lottery would not occur in a certain period of time:

120 drawings or less for a single digit.

1300 drawings or less for a Pair (either FP or BP).

Before a number was out 11,000 days, it was out 9,000 then 10,000 days. At those points, it probably would not have been expected to stay out another 2,000 and 1,000 days (respectively).
