Between my love for mayonnaise, eggs, potato pancakes, sour cream, butter, and Taco Bell burritos, I need that Omega-3 !  The liquid vitamins I&#x27;m taking are also very good. However, regarding fast food, in the early 90s McDonald&#x27;s offered a McLean burger, but people didn&#x27;t buy it.  I used to buy a veggie burger at Burger King (Morningstar makes it) and nobody I know ever heard of it.  Then they all began to offer salads and other low fat meals which are more popular. I was never rich, but it was something I enjoyed as a treat.  I no longer enjoy dining out, but I might get a meal to go if I felt like spending $15 or $20.  I think many restaurants will prepare meals for you.  I know family style restaurants have take-out and now Applebees has pickups at the window. Given that I probably or I wouldn&#x27;t be going to work and wouldn&#x27;t be in a rush all the time I wouldn&#x27;t see the need to. Wish I hadn&#x27;t seen it which is why I will never use that link to give someone else nightmares. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Make sure you win the lottery before you buy a juicer. Those $99 centrifugal juicers (like the ones advertised on TV) extract almost everything but a little juice.  So you go out and buy a pound of organic carrots and get 1 glass of juice and a lot of waste to throw out, unless you like making carrot muffins and carrot cake, carrot meatballs, carrot ice cream...lol  I returned mine for a more expensive auger type juicer, but then I had to chop till I dropped!
