I am using the Dell Horoscope Magazine for the Moon Ingress Times , since it is available to almost everyone. In the back of the magazine there is a section called Self Guidance Chart. You will find the Moon ingress times at the bottom of this page. These Times are Eastern Standard Times, so if you live in a different time zone you will have to adjust the hour time by subtracting. Here's an Example.
