What are some signs to alert one if a triple is about to fall?

Root sum 3,6 or 9 falling and due

I've been wondering about our missing 8 and overdue trips...I was certainly thinking not during this bonus time since they've had a few $1M+ payouts but we all know Ms. Margaret does her own thing just to keep us guessing. LOL
