			<description><![CDATA[<p>I play the China Welfare Lottery. They have a pick 5 game. It&#x27;s 5/22 game. I know you think it&#x27;s a piece of cake. But it not. I&#x27;ve try using gail howard wheeling system. Each game is 2 yuan. If I can pick three power numbers constantly I would have already hit. It&#x27;s not a lot of money but who cares. Any suggestions or system you might use. The lottery uses real ping pong balls not computerized. The most I&#x27;ve gotten was 4 numbers for 50 yuan. 3 numbers gets you 5 yuan.</p>]]></description>
