			<description><![CDATA[<p>I posted this news article about a guy who won a 1.8 million lotto, but the ticket originally was printed in error so he ask for it to be reprinted, which I did not know it could be done. Anyway what would you do in this situation??? Fight it out in court or throw chances to the wind, also has anyone encountered this issue with any ticket, winning or not???
