Hi Getdalotto

You have to watch and see what part of the chart works for Virginia. The Sun - Moon - Day section should be played in pairs and compared to your workout. The Time zone Pairs, for Virginia you only need to see what Pairs are in the Eastern Standard Time Zone. For the Draw Time Planets ,Look up your state and use either digit or the pair for midday or evening draws to compare to your workout. The Main thing here is to find the part of the chart that produces for your state.
