I'll just have 2 answer the question myself. There are 112 Pick 3 and Pick 4 Mid and Eve drawings daily. Since there are only ROOT SUMS of 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, and 9, the mathematical probability of the root sum of 2 hitting on any particular drawing is one in ten, or 1/10, or 10%. According to the matematical LAW OF THE THIRD, the number of root sum hits will never be evenly distributed. We will probably never see in our lifetimes on a particular day, each root sum hitting 11 times.
