A friend of mine told me he called the lottery officials.

after getting a complete run around, finally he was able to make contact with at least one lottery personel that either, knew what was going on, or was willing to lie through thier teeth.

any word yet on a north carolina pick 4 game coming out?

just curious if anyone has heard anything....

seems like they should've added it by now.
