Weird Dream...please help

I didn't get to post this yesterday, but here goes:

Dreamt that the baby was stretching and her foot was coming through my stomach, almost as if my stomach was made of saran wrap. I remember saying she has 5 toes and being happy, but when she scrunched her foot, her toenails were extremely long. I became hysterical while my husband told me it was okay and they didn't look bad (the toenails). But that didn't help. I screamed for him to put her foot back inside of my stomach .
