My program Lotto Architect can do this easily via its number groups system and can display a full analysis of when your line(s) occured, or a subset of its numbers . Its also freeware/donateware.

I love the tools you get here to work with. I couldn't image being a standard member. It would be like a kid only looking into the candy shop and never experiencing the smell of going in and tasting the treats.

Every program is one man idea of what you need to know to win a lottery. Unless you write it yourself or hire someone to write a custom program, you'll be trying to make someone else's idea work for you. That's the reason I prefer to write my own.

It kinda depends on what you need the information for. Lottery experts say not to play a combination that has already hit, well that only applies to the larger Pick-6 lottery games. The old Florida 5/26 repeated 5 numbers that had been drawn previously often enough that for the early years you could have made a nice profit playing only the previously drawn winning combinations.

NotePad won't sort, it's a text editor. You can use its editor to find or replace a string in a text file. For example if you had the text file :

Hi, there is a program I already Downloaded last week its name is Expert Lotto, it have a huge data base and not only from de USA google it as Expert lotto, download it install it and learn what you can get from it, have a good luck.

RJOh, I tried notepad, but it didn't work well for me. I may actually have to just plop down some money for a good sorting program. I did check out Lotto Buster site, but I think I will continue to look around before I even try making a purchase on a program. I am going to check out some sites that people have been kind enough to tell me about here and in PM's.

Lotto Buster does this well but it is not free. They do have a trial version though.

CoverMaster is a custom wheel creating program. It will create almost any size wheel with almost any guarantee if you have the time. It won't search regular data files.

You might check out lotto-logix for some links to other programs, most will be free or offer a free trial period and probably come with data files of the lotteries you want to check which might save you a lot of time.

If you want something like Excel w/o laying out the cash, there's the OpenOffice suite. It's free to download, and its Calc spreadsheet has all the power you are likely to need (their StarBasic language is a little different, but there is a pdf book on that, too. - Also free.

It's not free but Gail Howard's LottoAdvantage system is (in my opinion)a must have for pick 5 players. It's back history data is invaluable. You can punch in any numbers and it will bring up exactly when they came up and in what result all the way to the beginning of the game.

you can also check on the website...there is a button there that says check tickets or winning numbers search...you can then enter your numbers than see if that particlar line has already been drawn or not.....i dont know of any programs but the way i do it is by checking the results on website myself visually...bring up the winning numbers list for the past year....then say your prefered line starts with a 7...you can quickly go up and down the past winning numbers list, spot those starting wit... Most commercial programs that will do that(LottoPro, LottoMaster, and etc.) offer a free trial period. Many states websites have programs on their website that will search previous drawings to see if your numbers have ever come up. If you have a data program (Excel or some other spread sheet) on your computer, you can use it once you set it up to do that.

Is there a program (preferably free), that will allow me to enter past pick5/pick6 results and see if certain lines have come out before? I want to be able to see if there have been repeats in certain games. Thanks.
