As far as I know, thanks to our wonderful elected politicians, our Freedom to Choose has been taken away from us. Pretty much like the presidential elections.

What they did was pressure the banks, so you can't fund your accounts at the online sites, thereby making it near impossible to play online.

If there is I would imagine it's being done illegally. A law passed in the 1990s, which was pushed through by Arlen Specter mandated that if someone wanted to play another state's lottery they had to be physically present in it to do so. For anyone selling multi-state tickets online they're taking a risk that the feds won't come calling if it's being done inside the US.
