People from Mississippi have won money on the Louisiana Lottery a few times, or you could go north to TN depending on what part of the state you are in. Or maybe even Floriday.

I just got back from a trip to Boise, Idaho, and I decided to try their lottery. I bought 1 ticket each of Hot Lotto and Wildcard.
