There is a tab called Pick 4 Mirrors

Enter your Pick 4 combo in cell A1.

The Mirror result will be in cell L1

That will convert a pick 4 number into its mirror # ???

If so, can someone direct me to this item.

Example... 1234 .... mirror --> 6789
