Excel formulas for converting Pick 4 to individual cells

Assuming Cell C is where you enter the 4 digit combo...

in cell D ... =INT(C2/1000)

in cell E ... =INT((C2-(D2*1000))/100)

in cell F ... =INT((C2-((D2*1000)+(E2*100)))/10)

in cell G ... =INT((C2-((D2*1000)+(E2*100)+(F2*10)))/1)

(I have draw number and draw date in columns A and B)

If I have a number like 9847 and I want to add 5555 to it WITHOUT having it carry any numbers, what formula would I type in?

I want to use Lotto math not regular math.

Example: 9847+5555 = 15402 --> I want it to read 4392 (9+5 = 1 4, 8+5 = 1 3, 4+5 = 9, 7+5 = 1 2)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
