			<description><![CDATA[<p>In PA i have found that pairs can be tracked by tweaking the last draw. For example: may 1 07 Mid number 692 tweak the last 2 digits up and you get 603. There are your pairs 60,03,63. may 6 030 hit. another example: july 1 07 128 tweaks to 139. pairs 13,19 39. july 5 07, 631 hits.One more example: sept 1 07. 126 tweaks to 137 pairs 13,17,37. sept 3 717 hit. The list goes on and on. Usually a pair surfaces in a weeks time from my back testing. sometimes its the next draw.
