That's what happens a lot of the time when all the numbers are very low. Still, I've never won and I follow the rules or get quick picks so 4-12-17-21 and MB 9 worked out well for 4 people. However, 2 of the 4 winning tickets were QPs. 3 of the 4 winners were in the Miami area, which isn't uncommon to see.

Actually, my first reaction was wrong. The MM winners still will walkaway with more money than the 1 Fantasy 5 winner, since MM had rolledover 4 times, but imagine finally hitting it and there are 3 otherwinners! (Still, I'd be a happy camper.)

I would also be happy to win. That is a lot of money to me, but it would be disappointing to learn there were a bunch of other winners as well, since it was a lower type jackpot.

MegaMoney, a game with odds of 1 in 2,986,522, had more winners than Fantasy 5, a game with odds of 1 in 376,992

One lucky winner hit Fantasy 5, with a jackpot of $263K, but the MegaMoney which had rolled to $2 million had 4 lucky winners. Each will win $500,000 but that's paid over 20 years. The lump sum payout is usually between 65-70%. So taking an estimated cash value of $1,350,000 divided by 4, each winner will get approx $340,000 less tax.
