			<description><![CDATA[<p>I wish I was half that lucky, I bet I could buy a million tickets and have none of them be big winners. By big I mean at least $10,000, which would only a drop in the bucket in recovering the million dollars I wasted. I certainly wouldn&#x27;t get 100 of them to help break even. Then again I&#x27;d need more due to taxes, hmm...</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I definitely see luck and fate here because he received one of those free plays in the mail, and since he had never played before, purchasing one ticket with his free play, how damn lucky can he be?<br /><br />If under different circumstances...let&#x27;s just say, he was a frequent player...playing x amount of dollars; times x amount of days, weeks, and months...then I would say, its about time he won! Come on..it just doesn&#x27;t get any better than this: first time player, first time winner.</p>]]></description>
