			<description><![CDATA[<p>How to Read-UsingGA--last 101 draws (midday and evening combined)<br /><br />Three columns--the numbers (FINES numbers), the frequency and the skips (which shows how many draws since a number hit)<br /><br />As I said each should hit about 15% of the times...approx 6 to 7 every 100 draws..<br /><br />Check each section (divided by sums). 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Every 3-4 draws one of the sums will show up on average...with a small pool of numbers (220) the averages hold up pretty good. For this reason (size of pool of numbers) P4 is a bit more difficult.</p>]]></description>

Eliminate all-high and all-low<br /><br />Use other filters at your discretion to contract even futher.
