			<description><![CDATA[<p>California has pari-mutuel prize amounts for each prize level, as opposed to all other Mega Millions states which have the fixed prize amounts, which means they has to do a little more figuring than the other states before posting their final results.<br /><br />Being in Ohio, I knew right away when I saw a 0+1 on my ticket I had won $2.</p>]]></description>
