virtual lottery ball machine

ok i know this may sound weird lol but im looking for a program that will look like a real lottery ball generator, ok so it would look like what you would see on tv with the lotto balls comming out, but it would be on a program instead where you would see the balls comming out of the machine, does anyone know if there is such a thing:) thanks in advaced
