When taken together these sums account for 1 in 3 of all possible draws.

If approx 13 draws pass and one of these sums is out it will hit soon...hardly a draw goes by without one of these falling...

so FINES is basically the old 1-number system filtered with sums 12.13.14.15.16..try it
