hey don't take it personal it is just a gambling game, they are not out there to get you or single you out. My advice to your loosing streak is to stick to a wining pair and just play all 10 numbers like if in your state a hot pair is 18, then play 18-0 thru 9...but not just for one day but until it hits.... don't chace the winning numbers, let hem come to you. oh by the way i think thread is in the wrong forum.

In order for it to be an Education Lottery the state has to give atleast 51% of the profit to educational purposes, the rest of it goes in to a dump or general fund. But after say 5 to 7 years or when ever the first agreement was made - that no longer holds true because they have to sign in to what the money is going for again... At this point most states just let the entire amount go into a general fund, because the lottery has already been named EDUCATION Lottery and no longer needs that punch... [ More ]

I totally agree with you on that. I think any lottery game is not random at all. All the studying on numbers i've done i still can't come to beleive that it's random anywhere. Of course if it is random that's great! Can they get away with it? of course they have more power than we do. If a citizen does something like that jail time for sure, but because it's them they get away with it. That's part of the world and it's only gonna get worse. I can't believe that I've come so close, so many times and didnwin! I have not won since December 2007. I was winning from

June of 2007 through December 2007. Then when the New Year

came in, 2008, zilch!

They have these drawings rigged. With the Pick 3 Pre-draws, if there

is one, they can see which numbers people are playing the most, so

that if there is too much money that has to be paid out,

they skip the number that should have come out and go to the next!
