Just working on a theory and would like to use the most likely number to be drawn next, however I am at a loss as how to determine this number. Do I use frequencies, ratios followers or...? Im a complete doofus when it comes to math and would like to gather some opinions or perhaps some information from the math experts here as how to determine this. All help appreciated in advance.

Jeff
