There was a story yesterday that the government, in its never ending brilliance, screwed up and was sending the money to the wrong accounts, whether that is actually their fault or the fault of the people who messed up their account info, I'm not sure. But I'd bet more on it being a government screw up.

it was deposited directly into my account, exactly on the 16th. Go figure, the government actually did something exactly as they said they would.

If you happen to do rapid refund then your check will take longer since your money goes thru a third party.

They monitor this board, and for those who answered yes in the thread about spending anyone of your stimulus money in lotto they are having the checks sent directly to your state lottery, skipping the formality of you playing the tickets.

My last 2 are 97....so we all know what that means...but my problem with the system is this..

I used a tax service for my refund this year. I had the money sent direct deposit into my checking.

So now I get a paper check...sooooo...how about that! NOt exactly what I call fair

Don't look like they are going by the schedule many have got the paper checks and not the deposits some that should have gotten the deposit first are way behind but thats the goverment. lol
