It could be interesting, if the states would work along a little,

it's hard to tell sometimes, ahead, what state(s) fit the structure.

WA had 946, which brought in the structure: OEE HLH, 18 numbers, straight, 5, 46 times due, av skip 54

506, 508, 526, 528, 546, 548, 706, 708, 726, 728, 746, 748, 906, 908, 926, 928, 946, 948

A new strategy i'm working on.

Why on earth wait 80 draws, or 80 days before it (times due) rises to 8.45, when there are 57 draws a day...

The USA is one state in this strategy, big $$$ to be lost in one day using this strategy,

or big $$$ to be made if the hit comes fast.
