			<description><![CDATA[<p>Your even and odd per position pretty much follows the same factor.<br /><br />Do by position reduction I use this one lately.<br /><br />This is for first position number. Reduced from 100 numbers<br /><br />no all low<br /><br />no all high<br /><br />no all even<br /><br />no all odd<br /><br />no doubles<br /><br />Just figure when to slip one or more of the above in.<br /><br />You can add other filter reductions in also. mostly even , mostly odd , cosec or wild match , mostly low mostly high etc<br /><br />The same filter reduction is the same in position 2</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi,<br /><br />pacattack once started a thread in which it was discussed that one lead could be to count the High or Low digits in a position, in pick3.<br /><br />For example, let&#x27;s say State X had the following numbers as last drawn:<br /><br />163<br /><br />429<br /><br />278<br /><br />193<br /><br />The digits in first position, those are the ones that are important here.<br /><br />A High digit would be expected to come through in this case.<br /><br />He (pac) was right.<br /><br />In most cases, 4 Low or High digits in a row, in the same position happen pretty ofte... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/175464">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
