			<description><![CDATA[<p>Pick 4 isn&#x27;t even a week old yet, and the game has been poorly advertised. And having that pay out is the beauty of Pari-Mutuel pay outs, any other state, they would of gotten their 5k, but here you win on a number that few people play and your gonna cash in. What stinks is for the people who like to play quads and box and strbox bets with 1 and 9 in them will be low pay outs comparatively.<br /><br />I dont know about winners to population ratio Pick 3 has lots of winners</p>]]></description>
