			<description><![CDATA[<p>My state&#x27;s lottery profits supplement the annual state school budget and some people still believe its enough to fund the entire school budget, but probably never looked at how much it costs to run just one local school system. It&#x27;s a fair way to distribute the profits, but I doubt most people play because of that and would stop playing if the profits went somewhere else.</p>]]></description>
