Here is one way.....see below.

On Lottery Post In the blue menu bar at the top of this page click results click daily numbers games click advanced tools and options click deflate all pick 4 results. Use the calendar in the upper right hand corner to change the date or go back as far as you want. Have some paper and pencil handy to jot down the hot numbers that have been drawn the most for the time period your after. Or copy and save to note pad, excel etc..
