			<description><![CDATA[<p>For the past 46 months, I&#x27;ve been tracking the EEEO singles, with the following pairs , where X is an odd number:<br /><br />024x, 026x, 028x, 046x, 048x, 068x, 246x, 248x, 268x, 468x<br /><br />These numbers account for 12% of the total P4 numbers. These numbers should fall 12% of the time. So using a 30 day month, at 60 draws/month, that&#x27;s ~7.2 times a month ON AVERAGE. Well, guess what the average was over the 46 months? 7.26!!!
