In reading your post a good pick3 workout I do not see a clear cut way of actually deciding which 3 digit sum # to use when subtracting the 111.

Through multiplying, adding or subtracting the hit, is it your main goal to find a # that will match any of the 3 digit sum #s on the list, then subtract the 111 from that 3 digit sum # all the way down either play the list of 10 or make a selection(s) in which to play?

Are there anymore steps to this workout?

7X7+3 = 52

so you find a number with 52 in it - it is 052 - see above.

the list starts with a number totaling 0 thru 10 and goes thru 9 or 19.

I multiply, add, or substract the hit - for instance

7 X 7 = 49 + 3 = 52 - then I look at my list and see if I can see anything with a 52 and sure there you go 052.

Like any workouts, none will work everyday. Keep this in mind. Ok, here is what you do.

Take Michigan last lottery draw or any other state. (773)

add 7 + 7 + 3 = 17

here are all the number that equal to 7 or 17.

007 016 025 034 089 115 124 133 179 188 223 269 278 359 368 377 449 458 467 557 566 999

Substract 111 from each number using lottery substraction. Take 025.
