			<description><![CDATA[<p>Laverne is correct. It&#x27;s just a wheel where you pick 6 of the 10 digits and wheel them. Any wheel for six of ten digits will get you 20 combinations. You can probably find many such wheels available online so you save your pencil. The WVX wheel isn&#x27;t special in that regard.<br /><br />What determines if you hit with one of those combinations is whether or not you have picked the correct six out of ten. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I put the term Wvx-3 wheeling into the address bar did an internet search. There is a web site that will explain this, however I will not post it here. It&#x27;s all about combining sets of #s. You should get 20 sets of pick 3s when you assign a different digit to the letters A-F.</p>]]></description>
