It's a matter of looking at the data and associated percentages.

Take the last digit info for example. It indicates that no more than two numbers in your pick should contain the last same digit. It also indicates that your pick should have 4 or 5 different last digit values.

If you look at decades, it suggests that no more than 2 numbers in your pick should fall into a range of 1-10, 11-20, 21-30, or 31-39.
