			<description><![CDATA[<p>ILL .....is out 95 days<br /><br />Va. ...is out 68 days<br /><br />012, 019, 089, 123, 234, 345, 456, 567, 678, 789<br /><br />Consecutive Straights are 10 boxes ..... 60 straights or 6.0 of the chart. Should average a hit about every 16.67 draws.<br /><br />So ..... one should show up about every 8 days in one of the 2 states. Since the lowest missing number is VA ...out 68 days we can use it as our Skip number for both states.<br /><br />68 / 8 = 8.5 over due<br /><br />Now ..... who has the best strategy from there</p>]]></description>
