I'm not a believer in dreams=money, so tell me, how is it that you equal what you experienced or saw in your dreams and interprets that as meaning you will win the lottery?

Why must it be the lottery? Could it be a range of things besides the lottery? I just want to understand why people take everything they dreamt or saw in a dream and equate that as a clue to winning the lottery
