Only problem I have is when I click open it says Windows needs to know what program created it. I went online to find out and it says microsoft excel which I don't have on my computer. I got the same message when I tried to open the file from lottolaughs for the spreadsheet also. I think I have to have microsoft excel to open the file so I'm going to download it and try again.
