La Fluer's is a service directed at the people who operate lotteries, and their information is expensive. It is mostly sales-related data, but they may have winner info too.

I have a question maybe somebody can answer. Where can I get statistics on US lotteries? I'm interested in finding out how many people on average win one million or more each year in this country and how much is awarded in prizes of a million or more.
