Hello miriah,

You do not have to play all of them, look for the common 3 out of 4 digits in the list first.

First draw is usually Midday, 2nd is Eve.

As for the Tiers, they are the result of deflating(reducing) the numbers by listing the same number in different digits position, I am using the Deflate system here in LP under System Menu.

You can use those higher tiers(2 and more) to play the same number for a STR8 hit.
