It's doubtful he is going to start a lottery. Your dreams aren't his. Besides, if he was going to start one, there would have been news reports about this.

I watched a documentary on Bill Gates recently, Bill Gates: How A Geek Changed The World , on SBS television here in Australia, on how he plans to spend $25 Billion on addressing poverty and disease. I was interesting, one of the people interviewed said, Bill Gates' goal is to win a Nobel Peace Prize, and he will spend whatever it takes to win it .

he is a person that could start a billion dollar lottery if you think about it...He has the money to support it...What i am saying is he has the money to support it if in case it goes broke...

by the way Bill Gates i think he wasn't going to start it he was going to oversee it...

it was a rummor...I remember the story read that Bill Gates was hinting at starting A gigantic lottery, i don't remember if this lotto involved countries playing each but i did read it...

And will like to make one correction....The spokeperson wasn't the spokeperson now that i remember it was an expert in lottery sitting infront of a pannel...It happened long ago that i don't remember everything how it went....

I read it on an electronic newspaper i think or i think it was cnet....

This is news to me.

I think there are probably laws against private individuals starting a lottery...even if that individual is Bill Gates.It just goes to show that no matter how rich you might be,you can't do everything you might want to do.Money can't buy everything.

Do you remember years back like 7 years ago reading that bill gates wanted to start a lottery, i think he wanted to make it the biggest lottery in norht America or in the world...

I remember reading it from his spokesperson...

do you remember...

please don't come with that scam stuff because i remember reading it in the electronic newspapers....
