Kino and or Keno, it's most played at Venezuela (fake, nobody gets the full prize, and everyone knows but they keep on playing it) and other countries in South and Central America, Italia, and Greece.

From what I gather online it IS Keno but in Greece they call in KINO. 80 numbers just like here.
