If you take the lottery numbers from the last 5 games played and add how many each number has occurred, your ready to use the table above.

Hi One2Adore,

What the tables do, is allow you not to make the dumb bet, by eliminating losers. I use the information in the table to eliminate the most unlikely combinations or picks.

For example, if the lowest gap value you have in your pick is 11, then there is a 6 in 3.8 million chance it going to come up. Not impossible, but very very unlikely. On the other hand, if your lowest gap value falls on or between 1 and 5, there is a 95% chance your right.

Thanks for comments RJOh.

There are several ways to use gap distributions.

You can avoid the more unpopular ones in the combinations you pick to play. For MegaMillion I prefer gaps between 1-25 and a total range of the combinations of 28-53. I avoid having more than two gaps of 1 in any combination.

Then there is the way the Delta System use them to come up with combinations. You pick the first number and then use the most popular gaps to pick you next numbers.

Example: You pick 01 + gap(19)= 20 + gap(2)= 22 +ga... [ More ]

Hi, Uff Da!,

The charts with a couple exception evaluate every 5-ball combination in Mega Millions. They give guidelines for what not to bet on. They also give you a clue as to what the strongest bets are.

Since I posted so many tables I'll only address one on this post. You mentioned th gap distibution table so I'll talk about that.

Gaps are the differences between balls picked in a combination. Consider the last Mega Millions pick:

1-20-22-29-41

the differences are

1, 19... [ More ]

JKING, would you please explain what each of these charts MEAN? As a person not used to dealing with a lot of statistics, I find the titles of your charts, like Gap distribution table to be inadequate to understand what you're writing about. The only chart I find clear without further explanation is the one on averages.
